1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GetZeries ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GetZeries, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through getzeries.com.

2. Description of Service

GetZeries is a cloud-based Point of Sale (POS) and inventory management system designed for businesses. Our service includes:

• Inventory management and product tracking
• Point of sale transaction processing
• Sales history and reporting
• Dashboard and analytics
• Staff management and access control
• Store settings and customization

3. Account Registration

To use our service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

GetZeries offers the following subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited features, no payment required
• Pro Monthly: Full features, billed monthly at ฿1/month
• Pro Yearly: Full features, billed annually at ฿5/year (save 30%)

4.2 Payment Terms

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription
• Authorize automatic recurring payments for monthly/annual subscriptions
• Pay using valid payment methods accepted by our payment processor
• Understand that subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your billing period.

5.2 Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-month, you retain access until the end of the billing period.

Annual Subscriptions: Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase. After 30 days, no refunds are provided, but you may cancel to prevent renewal.

Refund requests must be submitted to getzeries.official@gmail.com within the applicable refund period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GetZeries and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your business data. By using our service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.

You are responsible for the data you input into the service and for ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our service, but we do not guarantee that the service will be available 100% of the time. The service may be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Emergency maintenance
• Technical issues or failures
• Force majeure events

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance and minimize service disruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetZeries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and data after a reasonable retention period, unless required by law to retain it longer.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page
• Sending an email notification to your registered email address
• Displaying a notice within the service

Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
